The Opportunity
Are you passionate about developing modern, engaging, and scalable compliance learning experiences? Join Adobe's Compliance and Ethics team-a smart, creative, and collaborative group dedicated to ensuring Adobe acts with integrity across all areas of its business.
As the Senior Compliance Training and Communications Program Manager, you will build and manage a global program. It promotes ethical behavior and compliance with regulatory and integrity standards. This role blends instructional design, learning supported by digital tools, AI-powered solutions, and essential communications to ensure employees understand and adhere to Adobe's ethics and compliance principles.
What You'll Do
* Lead and maintain Adobe's global compliance and ethics learning curriculum (live and on-demand), ensuring consistent, effective delivery.
* Develop and deliver creative, engaging, and customized training content and communications across diverse compliance topics.
* Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve training personalization, engagement, and analytics.
* Manage delivery, scheduling, recordkeeping, and performance metrics for compliance training programs.
* Partner with subject matter experts and collaborators to continuously improve awareness initiatives and align with evolving compliance standards.
* Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program administration and execution.
* Provide support for other compliance programs as needed.
What You Need to Succeed
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Learning & Development, Risk Management, or related field.
* 8+ years of experience managing corporate training programs, compliance education, or learning and development initiatives. Familiarity with regulatory integrity and ethical conduct preferred.
* Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Demonstrated experience using AI to develop, deliver, or optimize corporate learning programs and internal messaging.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that engage diverse global audiences.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* A global perspective, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $100,600 -- $202,950 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $140,100 - $202,950

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
