The SVP of Portfolio Risk Solutions (PRS) oversees a $1.3B portfolio of assumed reinsurance across 250+ client relationships. This senior executive drives strategic profitable growth, product/service innovation, and digital transformation, while fostering high-impact partnerships with senior leaders across the P&C insurance industry. This position provides strategic vision, direction, and expertise to the team of client managers, product managers, portfolio risk analysts, client operations managers, client engagement and education team ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of the P&C insurance market, HSB's specialty products and services, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex business environments. A key aspect of this role will be to evolve and innovate the current offering of portfolio risk solutions with a forward-looking vision towards "predict & prevent" model.
