| Job Summary |
Under direct supervision, this position will assist with the planning and coordinating of the daily administrative and operational activities of the travel program. Provide administrative support in the development, implementation, administration and/or marketing of the travel program; serve as principal liaison between students, faculty, staff, other departments and/or external constituencies on day-to-day programmatic, operational, administrative and/or fiscal issues. May coordinate activities of a support staff, consultants and/or volunteers engaged in implementation and administration of program objectives; other job-related duties as assigned. |
| Minimum Education and Experience |
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Preferred Education and Experience |
2+ years of
UTD experience.
Experience with PeopleSoft journals and PeopleSoft Travel and Expense module. |
| Other Qualifications |
To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position. |
| Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
* Processing of Airfare Payment Journals
* Processing of Business Reimbursements via PeopleSoft Travel and Expense Module
* Maintenance of all Travel, Concur, and Uber for Business functions and pages
* Customer service to campus user community via shared inbox,
TEAMS, etc...
* Monthly training for campus users
* Maintaining all training and reference documents
* Participation in system and process improvement projects |
