Quality Assurance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

What You'll Do:

• Assist Quality Assurance Manager in all phases of department operations.
• Supervise Quality Assurance employees during production, packaging, labeling, and shipping.
• Train and audit employees on quality tests and procedures.
• Advise production employees on quality matters and specifications.
• Document out-of-specification product to be isolated and held.
• Check quality equipment to assure proper performance.
• Perform necessary miscellaneous chemical and microbiological sampling.
• Perform sanitation inspections and follow-up.
• Keep necessary records and maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Perform and monitor customer sample requests and purchase product grading.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

• Associate Degree preferred
• 2 to 5years of training and experience
• Customer requirements experience
• Quality Assurance experience preferred
• Willingness to learn
• Safety mindset
