A day in the life...

As the AR intern, you will be responsible for processing credit card payment and performing other accounts receivable duties. You will have a complete and full understanding of the accounting software ability to post cash to an account. You will also work with both the Deductions Analyst and Sr. Credit Analyst on different projects. This position is available to start right away.

What you will be doing...

• Taking credit card payments to ensure PCI compliance
• Maintain a record of every account's payment modes (via EDI,ACH, 820 remittances)
• Process incoming payments over the phone
• Performing a variety of accounting tasks and internal projects
• Assist with Accounts Receivable activities

Do you have what it takes?

(Basic Qualifications)

• Pursuing degree in accounting preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, 10 Key
• Must be highly motivated and independent
• Ability to work as a team member, muti-task, analyze information to draw a conclusion, and meet deadlines
• Should be expected to work 20-30 hours a week between business hours of 8am -5pm
