What you need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years experience of strong project/program management capabilities, ideally within a corporate tech organization or creative ad agency.
  • Act as a highly collaborative partner who can bring multiple teams together to define a coordinated program and deliverables.
  • Attention to detail and operationally strong, but capability to connect to and understand strategy.
  • Ability to manage campaign briefs, creative production, and campaign execution.
  • Effectively work and collaborate across creatives, media teams and business stakeholders.
  • Capable of driving great communication, building strong partnerships, and navigating complex stakeholders through meetings & documentation.
  • Strength in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and managing a team across complex timelines.
  • Ability to identify when a brief lacks clarity around deliverables, messaging, or stakeholder expectations-take proactive steps to resolve gaps through working sessions or email communications.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, while remaining flexible.
  • Experience using Workfront or ability to pick up PM tools quickly is essential; Slack experience a plus as this role works within a very heavy Slack culture.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and problem solve, while keeping all parties informed and tracking.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and promote team harmony with a positive attitude.

What you'll do:

  • Manage end-to-end creative production, including creative briefing and timelines, in partnership with creative teams, agencies and stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally amongst multiple teams and stakeholders to create and manage workflows, timelines, budgets, etc. across multiple integrated marketing channels, including working with media agencies and third party partners.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships, navigate complex feedback to resolution, and align on priorities.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs, and work effectively across stakeholders to drive these integrated programs.
