About the Role

We are seeking a General Labor, Bakery - Packing (Grandi Paddler/Inspector) to join our team at our Hazleton, PA bakery. As a General Labor team member, you will be accountable for ensuring frozen products are properly aligned and inspected before entering the automated vision system, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow to meet production standards.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd
• Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Weekend Availability: Required

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $20.80 - 21.50

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Inspect and align frozen products to ensure proper flow through the automated vision system.
• Remove defective or misaligned products to prevent jams and maintain efficiency.
• Communicate issues promptly to supervisors and support departments.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area in compliance with GMPs.
• Support team members and assist with training as needed.
• Ensure proper setup for the next shift and communicate relevant production details.
• Follow all safety and quality standards to meet production goals.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math.
• Good communication skills and ability to make logical decisions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in cold, wet, or hot environments and tolerate loud noise.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing facility.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
