What You'll Do:

  • Assist the Head Coach with all phases of a Division I Volleyball program, ensuring compliance with University, ACC, and NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Provide resources and lessons to enhance skill development.
  • Create and implement offensive/defensive systems to prepare student-athletes for competition.
  • Utilize volleyball analytics for education and scouting.
  • Assist with recruiting, travel planning, practice planning, scouting, and preparation.
  • Maintain necessary compliance documents.
  • Assist with home competition operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Prior playing or coaching experience at the Division I level preferred.
  • Commitment to NCAA, ACC, and institutional rules.
  • Ability to work with a diverse population.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of intercollegiate sports operations.
  • Ability to travel extensively during the recruiting process.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic and diverse university setting.
