Milton CAT is looking for a proactive and analytical Rental Manager to join our Sales Operation team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the right equipment is available at the right location at the right time. Ideal for someone with a strong eye for logistics and operations, this role supports our mission to deliver unmatched service across the Northeast.

Salary Range: $115,000 to $130,00, plus up to 10% bonus potential

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

    Rental fleet forecasting
    • Manage roll-in/roll-out of fleet
    • Utilization
  • Process Improvement
    • Lead projects to help improve the rental process
    • Including use of technology to move to a "paperless" solution
  • Fleet service management
    • Return to ready
    • Repairs
    • Fleet unavailable to rent
  • Lead Management
  • Governance
    • Reservation management
    • Units on contract, not shipped


Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry is a strong plus, but not required-we'll train the right person with transferable skills.
  • Strong CRM skills and comfort working in multiple systems.
  • Exceptional communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
