A global logistics and supply chain operation known for precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement is seeking an Inventory Associate to support accurate inventory management across a busy campus environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and hands-on work while contributing to smooth warehouse and operational performance. You'll play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting process improvements, and keeping operations running efficiently.

Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; flexibility required, including weekends and quarter-end periods
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do

• Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Research and help locate misplaced or missing inventory items.
• Follow 5S principles to keep inventory areas organized, clean, and clearly labeled.
• Work collaboratively with inventory team members under the direction of the Area Lead.
• Communicate with cross-functional departments to support campus-wide inventory accuracy.
• Identify inventory process issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with special inventory or operational projects as assigned.
• Support flexible scheduling needs, including weekends when required.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of inventory-related experience, including inventory control or data entry.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
• Ability to analyze information and follow established procedures to resolve discrepancies.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn inventory systems and apply 5S standards consistently.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Work Environment

• Warehouse, inventory, and operational settings with hands-on physical activity.
