Job Description




Allied Universal is hiring a Senior Vice President, Enterprise Accounts. The Senior Vice President, Enterprise Accounts will be responsible for the strategic national oversight of the security program for enterprise clients, ensuring contract compliance and the development of relationships with Allied Universal's enterprise clients. The Senior Vice President, Enterprise Accounts will be a liaison for regional and local Allied Universal Managersto help ensure all operational, financial, and administrative functions for assigned accounts have been performed. This role's focus is providing quality customer service and leadership to our clients, while assisting in achieving the financial goals and objectives of Allied Universal. The Senior Vice President, Enterprise Accounts can expect to travel up to 35% domestically to client locations and other Allied Universal offices. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Caring Leadership, Client Engagement, and Operational Oversight:

    Lead and mentor a team by providing coaching, support, and recognition, while fostering accountability. Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote teamwork, open communication and professional development
  • Travel to all enterprise client locations within assigned portfolio and industry events to develop customer relationships, resolve critical issues, and ensure client and employee satisfaction
  • Deliver high quality service to our clients by strategically leading the operations, while maintaining industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze, report, and drive operational metrics and KPI's using Allied Universal's Business Intelligence Platform, maximizing efficiency and productivity
  • Identify and mitigate security risks; develop and implement security protocols, training, and response plans
  • Collaboration and Financial Performance
  • Manage the portfolio's P&L and drive financial performance through budget allocation, revenue growth, profitability, cash collections and expense management: develop strategies and employ tactics with the General Managers and Finance team to achieve all financial targets
  • Drive a culture of collaboration and engagement between enterprise accounts and regional operations and functional teams

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Must possess one of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field
    • Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with twelve (12) years of management experience in the service industry
    • High School diploma with fifteen (15) years of management experience in the service industry
  • Current driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of management experience in the security industry with a combination of account management, customer service, operations, technology solutions and integration services
  • Minimum of four (4) years of profit and loss financial management experience
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in successfully building and developing teams
  • Executive leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple business units and regions to creatively support clients' growth and satisfaction
  • Results-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs, while running a profitable business
  • Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations
  • Dynamic networking skills displaying a commitment to safety and trust by participating in local community, client, and industry events

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Master's degree in Business or related field of study
  • Law enforcement and/ or military experience

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Base salary range: $165,000 to $175,000 (based on skills, qualifications, and relevant experience), annual bonus, equity
  • Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance
  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Executive flex time off plan
