Wieland is hiring a Sales Account Executive. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding market share, increasing sales volumes, and fostering long-term strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities while effectively managing and strengthening relationships with existing key accounts. The Sales Account Executive will develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's objectives, ensuring profitability and a strong return on investment. This role is located in Wheeling, IL and can be fully remote. Frequent travel required, including in-person client meetings, customer engagements, overnight stays, and participation in trade shows or sales conferences. Occasional weekend travel may be necessary. Base Salary Range: $108,000 - $126,000 May be eligible for a variable compensation plan bonus based upon company performance within fiscal year cycle. At Wieland, we recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. As a result, our ranges reflect our good faith estimate to pay fairly.
