The Opportunity

Join the dynamic Adobe on Adobe team within the DMe organization as an AEP Platform Data Manager. Play a key role in managing and optimizing our AEP platform data. This outstanding opportunity lets you work with innovative technology to power low-latency event and profile data for marketing and personalization. You will help develop and apply advanced data lifecycle management processes and data onboarding coordination. You will work closely with data engineering and product teams and guide junior staff to ensure smooth implementation of data strategies.

What you'll Do
  • Coordinate all aspects of data management for the Adobe on Adobe AEP platform, enabling process improvements for managing at scale
  • Develop data retention strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements and optimizing for platform performance
  • Guide the development of robust data architecture solutions to support business objectives and the process by which new data is added
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate data processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
What you need to succeed
  • 10+ years in software/data engineering, including 2+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in large-scale data platforms, pipelines, and cloud data warehouses
  • Strong technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and data architecture principles, including data lifecycle management and schema development and management
  • Outstanding capability to collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with technical and non-technical collaborators
  • Experience with real-time analytics, streaming platforms, data lakes, and SaaS/PaaS providers
  • Experience mentoring junior resources and driving team success
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $144,800 -- $284,325 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In New York, the pay range for this position is $196,400 - $284,325

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
