The Position: This Crane Assembly/Disassembly (A/D) Director will lead in the assembly and disassembly of a wide variety of cranes and other equipment, from operating the crane to directing and ensuring the quality of work of other personnel. They will communicate with dispatch and truck drivers who are transporting the crane and will manage the load out or offload of the crane's parts. Extensive knowledge required of the procedures required to properly assemble and erect cranes and how to troubleshoot problems as they arise. This person will work with foremen and crews to ensure the cranes are assembled correctly using the correct equipment, positioning, and rigging. They will also ensure that all crews are complying with safety requirements, have safety training, are wearing proper PPE, and complete the Job Hazard Analysis. The Benefits:
