POSITION SUMMARY: The role of the Nursing Professional Development Specialist for UAP encompasses employee orientation, development, coordination and implementation of a variety of education programs; assessment and maintenance of staff competency and involvement in quality improvement and research utilization to enhance patient care. This role also includes support of the Central Nursing Professional Development team as needed, as well as support for the Medical-Surgical Faculty Model. Compensation Range: $41.86- $87.42This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
