Security Personnel- TX/WI/IN (80010) Fort Worth - 23531 - Fort Worth, TX 76177 Overview Salary Range $20.15 - $20.15 Hourly Category Field Description Job Summary The Unarmed Security Officer shall be responsible for protecting employees, visitors, property, and facilities while maintaining a professional and visible security presence. Security Officers shall perform their assigned duties in an active automotive manufacturing environment while demonstrating professionalism, reliability, situational awareness, and strong customer service skills. Primary Responsibilities Maintain a professional and visible security presence Monitor assigned areas for suspicious activity, safety concerns, and security violations Control access for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors Monitor entrances, exits, vehicle traffic, and controlled access points Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols Inspect packages, deliveries, and other items as required Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance Follow established emergency response and evacuation procedures Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs Secure incident scenes and protect evidence when necessary Communicate security and safety concerns to appropriate personnel Provide professional customer service while maintaining security awareness Follow all established security procedures and post orders Requirements and Qualifications Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Valid Driver's License and applicable state/local security licensing or registration, including Guard Card where required. Must pass required background checks, pre-employment screenings, and physical ability assessment. One (1) year of security experience preferred. Strong communication, professionalism, dependability, sound judgment, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently or in a team and respond calmly and promptly to emergencies. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, patrol, climb stairs, and perform moderate to strenuous physical duties. Must work indoors and outdoors, including heat and cold. Must work on-site with schedules based on operational needs.
