Pay and Benefits
- Expected first-year driver earnings: $85,000-$95,000 when meeting performance standards

Route, Schedule, and Home Time
Drivers who meet or exceed weekly mileage and productivity standards earn the highest pay.
- Regular interstate lanes across our network (TX, LA, OK, AR, MS, AL, GA)
- Expected to maximize available hours, including up to the 70-hour HOS limit
- Weekly productivity standard of 2,250 miles
- Weekly home time and predictable schedules
- Fuel and hotel programs while on the road

Requirements
- Preferred: At least two (2) years of auto transport experience with 9-10 car trailer within the past five years and/or previous experience with flatbed, tanker, or food service deliveries
- Minimum: At least two (2) years of over-the-road experience operating a Class 8 tractor and minimum 41' trailer
- Demonstrated stable work history
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record and DOT medical certificate
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 23 years of age
- Successful pre-employment screening, drug test, and road test
- Primary residence within 150 miles of the assigned terminal
