Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in multiple markets within the United States. The Program Consultant will sit within the Consumer, Wealth, and Business Digital Banking team under First Citizens Bank's Enterprise Digital organization. The Program Consultant is a servant leader and coach for their assigned portfolio. This role will facilitate designated cadences, help drive relentless improvement, capture & document portfolio process changes, monitor overall portfolio health and value delivery. Responsibilities Process Governance (20%)

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management Required Area of Experience: Agile/Scrum Development + Methodologies, Jira, Confluence Preferred Area of Experience: Technology and Banking, Scrum Master Preferred Area of Study: Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science or Similar Degree Position Specific Skills:

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, locations, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
