We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform complex data into actionable insights. This role will play a key part in supporting decision-making through data-driven solutions and automation.

What is the role about?

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with managers, subject matter experts, and users to create impactful solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Create department-specific reports and dashboards based on a range of data sources.
  • Take complicated problems and repetitive tasks and build simple, automated solutions.
  • Evaluate internal systems and processes for inefficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and implement solutions.
  • Work directly with managers, subject matter experts, and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.

What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or a combination of education and business experience.
  • Experienced in using programming and analytics platforms, including Python, VB, Java, MS Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn other analytics tools.
  • Proficient in data querying, report generation, and delivering clear presentations of results.
