New Bedford, Southcoast MA Acute Care Surgery and Trauma Level II Trauma Center Southcoast Health Trauma Center is a high-volume ACS Level II Trauma / Acute Care Surgery program and is the only regional trauma center on the southeastern coast of Massachusetts, an area of need defined by American College of Surgeons trauma system evaluation committee.
