Manager, Enablement Operations and Instructional Design

We have an opportunity for a Manager, Enablement Operations and Instructional Design to join our Global Enablementteam based anywhere in the US,reporting tothe Senior Director, Global Enablement.In this pivotal role, you will operate as a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for building and scaling the systems, content, and programs that power our global field organization. This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, revenue operations, instructional design, and technology, ensuring our GTM teams have the right content, training, and tools-at the right time and in the right place-to drive predictable growth. You will own the endtoend enablement ecosystem: platform strategy and administration, content and curriculum design, program governance, analytics/insights, and crossfunctional orchestration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do

Own the Enablement Tech Stack & Operations



  • Lead the strategy, evaluation, procurement, and administration of our enablement platforms (e.g., CMS/LMS, content management, training & coaching, readiness tools, integrations with CRM and communication platforms)
  • Partner closely with IT, RevOps, and Security on vendor selection, integrations, data flows, access/permissions, and ongoing governance
  • Define and maintain standards, taxonomies, tagging, and templates to ensure content is searchable, current, and aligned to sales motions and customer journeys
  • Build and manage processes for content lifecycle management, including intake, prioritization, approvals, version control, and retirement


Instructional Design & Program Development



  • Design and develop scalable learning experiences (e.g., onboarding programs, skill pathways, certifications/accreditations, justintime microlearning) for global sales and customerfacing roles
  • Apply adult learning principles and modern instructional design best practices (blended learning, spaced repetition, scenariobased learning, video, peer learning, and coaching)
  • Translate complex product, technical, and gotomarket topics into clear, engaging, and rolespecific learning content
  • Partner with SMEs and leaders to define learning objectives, assessment strategies, and success criteria for each program


Field Readiness, Communications & Change Management



  • Lead endtoend enablement launches for new products, messaging, playbooks, tools, and processes-owning communication plans, training, adoption, and measurement
  • Act as a central orchestrator for fieldfacing communications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and prioritization across channels
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, guides, and toolkits that support sellers through each stage of the sales cycle
  • Drive thoughtful change management around new technologies, processes, and programs to ensure adoption and sustained behavior change


Analytics, Insights & Continuous Improvement



  • Define and track key enablement KPIs and operational metrics (e.g., content utilization, timetoproductivity, program completion, assessment performance, tool adoption, impact on pipeline and win rates)
  • Build dashboards and reporting in partnership with RevOps/Analytics to inform leadership on program impact and opportunities
  • Run feedback loops with field teams, frontline managers, and stakeholders; use data + qualitative insights to iterate on content, programs, and platforms
  • Identify and test opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to increase efficiency, personalization, and impact in enablement programs


CrossFunctional Leadership & Collaboration



  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and RevOps
  • Facilitate alignment on GTM priorities and translate them into clear enablement roadmaps, program plans, and execution timelines
  • Provide coaching and guidance to content contributors and subject matter experts to ensure quality and consistency across all fieldfacing assets
  • When applicable, lead or mentor a small team of program managers, instructional designers, or platform admins; set clear goals, provide feedback, and support growth


Be Prepared - What You Bring



  • 12-15 years of experience developing e-learning content for a global software company, with proven experience leading a team
  • Proven experience owning and administering one or more enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, Showpad, Lessonly, Brainshark, or similar), including integrations with CRM and collaboration tools
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies; experience creating blended learning and accreditation/certification programs for sales or customerfacing roles
  • Strong program and project management skills; able to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously from concept to launch to optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, influence stakeholders at all levels, and craft clear enablement narratives for field audiences
  • Datadriven mindset with experience using analytics and feedback to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
  • Comfortable operating in a fastpaced, highgrowth, and often ambiguous environment, with a bias toward action and experimentation
  • Bachelor's degree required; a certification in instructional design is a plus
