Overview
Oversees and ensures the adherence to sales and marketing policies, procedures and regulatory standards across all sales and marketing activities. Monitors sales/marketing events in Salesforce or other applicable systems, reviews policies for ongoing compliance, oversees the CTM process, conducts sales audits and being the department liaison for the Secret Shopper program to promote ethical sales standards. Serves as the liaison for Health Plan sales and marketing with both internal and external partners.Manages and supports the activities of the Compliance/Regulatory Programs for VNS Health Health Plans Sales and Marketing departments to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. This includes the ongoing implementation of the Code of Conduct and other Compliance Program policies and procedures as well as additional duties to support the achievement of the objectives of an effective compliance program. What You Wil Do
Qualifications Licenses and Certifications: Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar compliance certification preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Compliance, or a related field requiredMaster's Degree MBA, MHA, or related discipline preferred Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales compliance, marketing oversight, or regulatory affairs within a managed care, health plan, or healthcare organization requiredStrong knowledge of CMS marketing and sales regulations for Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid plans, including applicable federal and state requirements requiredDemonstrated experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring within a sales or marketing context requiredPrior experience working with Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities preferredExperience interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements and developing corresponding policies and procedures requiredProven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop corrective action plans that mitigate compliance risk requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports and presenting findings to senior leadership requiredAbility to build collaborative relationships across departments (Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations) and with external vendors or regulators requiredSupervisory or team leadership experience preferredDeep understanding of ethical sales practices and compliance-driven business operations requiredExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills requiredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment requiredProfessional judgment, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality required Pay Range USD $109,900.00 - USD $146,500.00 /Yr.
