As a Unarmed Security Officer - Retail Patrol in South Sioux City, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a welcoming atmosphere.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site policies.
• Support the client's operations by maintaining a visible presence and addressing inquiries or concerns from staff and customers.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to incidents, patrols, and daily activities in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
