What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate communications between on-site personnel and relevant authorities to support security-related operations within a financial institution environment.
• Dispatch security-related personnel in response to incidents, alarms, or requests for assistance, maintaining calm and clear communication at all times.
• Document and log all incidents, calls, and activities accurately, following established procedures and site-specific protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities by relaying information and coordinating resources as directed by site policies.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from employees, visitors, and/or contractors in a professional manner.
• Support regular and random patrols by maintaining contact with patrolling personnel and updating records as needed.
• Follow all site-specific policies and procedures to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
