The salary range for this role, based in California, is $194,400.00 to $243,000.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. The Area Vice President plays an important role in our mission to drive the success of our complete portfolio across our entire customer base. The Area Vice President (AVP) is a strategic leader responsible for driving growth across a large, complex revenue territory spanning California and Hawaii. This role oversees a high-performing team of 30+ professionals and partners cross-functionally to deliver market-leading results across a diverse channel mix, including national chains and independent accounts. The AVP will set the vision, manage P&L, and lead transformational initiatives to accelerate growth and beat the market. This role is highly coordinated and influential with its distributor counterparts, as well as its internal stakeholders across Chains, Field Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Operations.
