Temporary Document Migration - Wealth Management Department

Location: Coral Gables, FL

Type: Temporary - 3 Months

About the Role:
Join our Wealth Management team and play a key role in our digital transformation! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist with migrating and digitizing critical financial documents. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to wealth management operations while contributing to a high-impact project.

Responsibilities:

    Digitize and organize financial documents accurately.
  • Migrate files securely into digital systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance throughout the process.
  • Ensure proper indexing for easy retrieval and future use.


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of document management systems and scanning tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.


Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or coursework in Business/Finance is a plus).
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
