Position Summary

EBI Consulting is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to provide direct high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, Chief Growth Officer (CGO), Vice President of Finance, and Chairman of the Board. This role is essential to maintaining executive efficiency, organizational alignment, and seamless communication across leadership and functional teams. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information.

This position reports directly to the CEO and is based out of our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters, with the expectation that daily in-office attendance is required. As such, candidates need to be established within commutable distance to Burlington, MA and comfortable working in an office environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Plan executive meetings and board meetings
  • Track key projects and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Assist in expense reports
  • Provide research and background information to support decision-making
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
  • Partner with HR or communications teams on internal announcements or initiatives
  • Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce and FinancialForce users, ensuring efficient use of the platforms and resolving any user-related issues
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions



Qualifications and Capabilities



  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 3-7+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
  • Experience in a corporate, consulting, or professional services environment preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar/travel systems (e.g., Concur, Zoom, Slack)
  • Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and exercise good judgment
  • Optimization, security, and business reporting

The reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered will be based on a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to; geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, knowledge, skills/level, qualifications and budget.
