The Operations Manager responsibilities also include optimizing hospital or clinic resources, improving patient care, and enhancing operational efficiency to support operations achievement of strategic goals. Position Details: Operations Manager Mercy Hospital Springfield The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operational, financial, and logistical projects, working collaboratively with leadership and caregivers across the Ministry. This role involves project management, data analysis, resolving operational issues, and cross functional collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Operations Manager responsibilities also include optimizing hospital or clinic resources, improving patient care, and enhancing operational efficiency to support operations achievement of strategic goals. Qualification(s): Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree as outlined below. Experience: One (1) year of previous experience in healthcare. In lieu of degree, Three (3) years previous experience in areas of healthcare operations.
