Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Applications will be accepted until 02/02/2026.

Tableau empowers millions of users globally to transform complex data into actionable insights, driving a data-driven culture in organizations of all sizes.

We are looking for a motivated Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of innovative product growth programs to support Tableau's crucial self-service business. This role is central to driving adoption, engagement, and conversion for users starting their journey with Tableau through our product-led motion.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Content teams to develop messaging, positioning, in-product campaigns, and digital strategies grounded in user research and data analysis. Your success will be defined by your ability to drive growth of our self-service customer base and accelerate the path to a qualified sales pipeline.

The best candidates will be highly collaborative, deeply analytical, and possess a "get-it-done" mentality, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Your Impact:
  • Growth Strategy: Own and execute end-to-end product-led growth programs within the self-service customer journey (e.g., free trial, freemium, onboarding, feature adoption) to increase conversion and retention.
  • Conversion Experiments: Design and manage conversion experiments, including testing packaging, pricing, and journey optimizations to increase trial-to-paid rates and average revenue per account.
  • Product Storytelling: Turn technical capabilities into simple, compelling narratives across web, ads, and lifecycle channels, ensuring consistent and persuasive messaging for self-service users.
  • Campaign Development: Drive scalable and automated growth by developing, managing, and optimizing programs across website, email, and in-product messaging channels.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Develop and build consensus across Campaigns, Creative, Digital, Sales, and Product Management teams for key self-service initiatives, ensuring alignment on goals and execution.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and report on the performance of growth programs, combining funnel data, conversion metrics, and A/B test results to iterate and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment with a focus on self-service or Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions.
  • Hands-on experience with growth marketing initiatives, including website optimization, trial/freemium activation journeys, and in-product messaging campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with funnel data, conversion metrics, and A/B testing methodologies to guide strategic decisions and demonstrate business results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, succinct messaging and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and drive initiatives across multiple teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Comfortable picking up and leading new projects even in the face of ambiguity.
Preferred Experience
  • Direct experience executing marketing programs specifically within a self-service or product-led growth (PLG) business model.
  • Web and mobile first go-to-market experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation tools.
  • Expertise in data visualization, business intelligence, or analytics software/industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce products and ecosystem.
