Sr. Manager, Global Talent Management & Development (100% remote)

This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), 100% remote contract role with a well-known apparel brand.

The pay for this W-2 position is $65.00 per hour.


Summary
This role provides interim leadership within a global talent organization, ensuring continuity of key programs and initiatives during a maternity leave period. The position is responsible for driving core talent management efforts and partnering with stakeholders to maintain a high-performing and engaged workforce.

  • 7-10 years of experience in talent management, talent development, HR business partnering, or organizational development, ideally within a global environment
  • passionate about developing people and building strong organizational capabilities, with a solid foundation in strategic talent practices
  • proficient in managing programs end-to-end and comfortable navigating talent systems and tools, with familiarity in platforms like Workday
  • excel at collaborating with HR partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams, and you're equally strong working independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Adaptability, clear communication, and exceptional attention to detail are core strengths you bring to every project.


Job Description


  • independently lead and drive global talent management initiatives aligned to the organization's talent strategy.

  • partner closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure key programs, such as talent and succession planning and performance management, continue operating smoothly.

  • managing day-to-day operations of ongoing programs, identifying risks early, resolving blockers, and keeping leadership informed of progress and decisions needed.

  • support the development of executive- and board-ready materials, connecting talent insights to business implications and clear recommendations.

  • help guide communication and change management efforts to build understanding and adoption of talent initiatives.


Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational development, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience-is required. A background in global talent management, HR, or organizational development is strongly preferred, along with experience presenting complex insights to senior leaders. Workday experience is a plus.

Additional Requirements
This opportunity is 100% remote.
The pay for this W-2 position is $65.00 per hour.
This position may be eligible for PTO, health insurance, dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits depending on hours worked and length of service.
