As an Underbody Systems Business Analyst, you will support senior engineering leadership by turning complex ideas into actionable plans, enabling informed decision-making, and keeping critical business operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for a business analyst or program-focused professional looking to deepen their experience in strategy, operations, and executive-level collaboration within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Pay and Schedule

Projected Hourly Pay Rate: $36.66

Work Schedule: Hybrid role-4 days per week on-site (Monday through Thursday)

Key Responsibilities



  • Aggregate, analyze, and maintain key organizational metrics to support engineering leadership reviews and operational planning
  • Support strategic "white space" thinking around emerging challenges and new business opportunities
  • Serve as a business analyst partner to senior engineering leadership, supporting operational spend and reporting
  • Manage weekly agendas and document outcomes for leadership and design review meetings
  • Support budget tracking, expenditure reporting, and compliance-related follow-ups
  • Maintain and improve information flow through dashboards, reports, and collaboration platforms
  • Coordinate updates across SharePoint sites, key performance indicators, and reporting tools
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance quality, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in areas such as business analysis, corporate strategy, product management, product development, business intelligence, analytics, marketing, or supply chain
  • Strong skills in business analysis and project or program management
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage complex workloads while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy


Preferred Experience



  • Experience in automotive or original equipment manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Proven ability to translate research insights and data into actionable business and product strategies
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
