Logistics Equipment Scheduler - Keep Critical Power Moving Across the Nation

As a Logistics Equipment Scheduler, you'll serve as the vital link between service centers, transport teams, and equipment hubs, keeping operations running smoothly across multiple locations, including Bakersfield, Justin, Livingston, N Houston, and Baltimore. This is your opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment and be the driving force behind seamless equipment scheduling and project support.

Pay and Hours

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

Equivalent Hourly Rate: Based on annual salary for a 40-hour workweek

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate the availability and reservation of specialized electric equipment across multiple hubs
  • Communicate equipment status and availability between service center managers and other equipment schedulers
  • Ensure accurate system updates for equipment location, status, and reservations
  • Collaborate with the transport scheduler in N Houston to coordinate equipment movements for hub-specific projects
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure operational efficiency and equipment readiness
  • Serve as a central point of contact for equipment scheduling inquiries and issue resolution

Qualifications & Requirements



  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain accurate, up-to-date records in scheduling systems
  • Comfortable coordinating logistics across multiple locations
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Prior experience in logistics, equipment scheduling, or related roles preferred
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities

  • Monitor equipment availability and update reservations daily
  • Communicate proactively with service centers and transport teams
  • Verify that physical equipment matches system status and location
  • Support project timelines by ensuring equipment readiness and timely movement
