Electrical Superintendent - Lead the Charge on Major Projects

Pay and Hours

Salary: $85,000+ per year

Schedule: Flexible hours; must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee all field operations for assigned project phases, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and crew allocation for efficient project execution
  • Coordinate with general contractors, client representatives, and company leadership
  • Monitor project schedules and milestones to ensure on-time completion
  • Oversee material forecasting, procurement, and inventory management
  • Conduct jobsite safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance
  • Support planning, sequencing, and installation strategies for complex electrical systems
  • Resolve field challenges through collaboration with project managers and foremen
  • Ensure installation practices align with company quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in commercial or industrial projects
  • Strong leadership, workforce management, and project coordination skills
  • In-depth knowledge of NEC codes and installation sequencing
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the jobsite for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Credentials: IBEW Journeyman Wireman required; OSHA 30 required or willing to obtain
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities

  • Inspect ongoing work for safety and quality compliance
