Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $20-$21 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-time, temp-to-perm

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage daily shipping operations using StarShip Shipping Software integrated with ERP systems
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and commercial invoices for domestic and international shipments
• Perform rate shopping across multiple carriers to control costs and improve efficiency
• Coordinate LTL and truckload shipments with carriers and freight partners
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and regulatory compliance
• Communicate shipment status with internal teams and customers
• Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to support order fulfillment
• Operate material-handling equipment as needed (reach truck, sit-down forklift; cherry picker a plus)

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations
• Hands-on experience with StarShip Shipping Software (required)
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP
• Knowledge of multi-carrier parcel, LTL, and freight shipping processes
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience with international shipping and customs documentation is a plus
