We're hiring Cherry Picker Operator operators in Moody who don't mind heights or hard work. You'll pull orders, build pallets, and keep the floor running tight. Get paid weekly and go home proud.

What It Takes to Get Rollin'

• 6 months of recent cherry picker or forklift experience
• Strong attention to detail with 99% picking accuracy and 95% efficiency
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Physical stamina to lift, reach, bend, and walk throughout an 8-hour shift
• Solid attendance and reliability
• Basic math skills and understanding of shipping instructions

Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up forklift and cherry picker reaching up to 30+ feet
• Use handheld RF scan guns to pick orders accurately and efficiently
• Stack pallets and boxes with precision, including overhead lifting
• Apply proper labels to pallets and boxes according to shipping instructions
• Assist with troubleshooting pick errors and notify supervisors of issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Move between departments as needed and work occasional overtime
• Follow all safety guidelines and company core values
