This person will be a change agent within the organization, getting to own the direction of the Accounting department. This role reports directly to the CFO. This person will also be a major part of the company's transition from SAP to Oracle/NetSuite. Location: Rochester, Indiana Basic Function The Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager is responsible for leading and executing all core accounting and financial management functions within the organization. This role owns the integrity of the general ledger, ensures accuracy in financial reporting, maintains compliance with GAAP and tax requirements, and drives improvements in financial processes and internal controls. The Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager is a hands-on role requiring expert-level accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex financial operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
