Role and responsibilities:



LeadsOnline exists to advance cases, careers, causes, and compliance with its unique data, well-designed technology, and exceptional teamwork. We do this through our principles of service, energy, diligence, and persistence. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor at LeadsOnline is a hands-on position that involves leading a small team while balancing designing and executing tasks and projects. It is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the billing and collections across our approximately 6,500 law enforcement customers.


The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will:



  • Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient billing of both new and existing customers
  • Lead US collections activities
  • Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Legal to create and drive efficient and effective processes for billing and collections
  • Set and manage daily/weekly/monthly priorities of the US based AR ream
  • Drive the creation of metrics and dashboards for teams and management to provide visibility into billing/collections activity and goal attainment.
  • Build relationships with client administrative and procurement officials to understand processes and improve retention.
  • Assist with design and implementation of new systems and processes as they relate to the A/R functions.

You are able to run and review analysis and design metrics and objectives, all while caring deeply about the quality of excellence in our products, and for our clients, and will work hard to make sure they are taken care of. You're a proactive thinker that is always looking for ways to enhance the current processes.



You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can effectively communicate professionally and personally with other teams and their managers. You can gain rapport with clients and inspire teammates.

This might be you if you have SOME of the following:






    • Experience leading a team.
    • 5+ years accounting, project management, or similar role.
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Strong knowledge of billing and collections processes.
    • Experience with billing and collections.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to design and implement processes and workflows.
    • Client relationship management experience.
