We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist / Staffing Coordinator to support a Growing Home Health & Hospice Agency!! As the HR Generalist, you will assume full responsibility for the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff. This includes: Updating job postings and orientation materials to keep up with a constantly changing hiring environment. Communicating with applicants and management to ensure that everyone is kept up to date on the state of the applicant's hiring process. Creating and maintaining employee files and ensuring that they comply with company, state, and federal policies. Working closely with the Director of Human Resources and Collaborating with the patient/family, attending physician, and other members of the IDG in providing patient and family care daily. Strong Applicants must have: Three years human resources, orientation, and/or hiring experience Upbeat personality Ability to function independently with minimal supervision Position Details: Location: Germantown Office.
