The Credit Supervisor leads a team of finance professionals focused on credit operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. This role oversees daily activities, prepares reports, and drives process improvements while coaching team members to enhance performance and achieve departmental goals.

Primary Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily credit team activities to meet operational objectives
* Provide guidance and resolve issues to ensure timely and accurate credit processes
* Monitor adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
* Prepare and review credit-related reports, budgets, and forecasts
* Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements
* Develop and implement operational plans to meet monthly targets
* Collaborate with internal teams and present technical information on credit projects
* Recommend policy changes to improve compliance and performance
* Drive continuous process improvement initiatives

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
* At least 4 years of relevant finance or credit experience
* Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong knowledge of credit processes and compliance standards
* Ability to analyze data and resolve complex issues
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Requirements
* Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
* Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

* Relevant Credit certification (e.g. CIPC)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $85,000 - $100,000.
