Job Summary
The Sr. Scheduler, as a key project management team member, will primarily perform home-office based scheduling, which require detailed planning efforts, Primavera P6 schedule development and maintenance, the review and application of earned value progress measurement techniques and technical knowledge of an EPC schedule proposal development and project execution analysis and reporting.
Essential Functions
- Actively supports the Company's commitment to safety and its Core
- Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and
- Perform tasks required to develop and maintain schedules for capital projects, including the integration of multiple logic-tied EPC schedules from the home office.
- Occasional project site visits may be required.
- Ability to follow planning issues through to completion, involving all appropriate stakeholders.
- Support Management through preparation and maintenance of schedule reports and progress analysis.
- Develop detailed EPC schedules with the Project and Management teams.
- Assemble scheduling data from a variety of sources including engineering, vendors/suppliers, subcontractors, or others.
- Manage other project interface schedulers.
- Provide scheduling, resources and progress measurement reports in support of weekly and monthly reporting.
- Provide schedules and histograms summarizing all active proposal projects.
- Provide schedules and histograms summarizing all awarded work.
- Supervise updating of schedule forecast to reflect most current plans and
- Interface with other departments to provide scheduling data for items such as subcontract change requests, bid comparisons, new work item estimates and resolution of potential work schedule
- Provide supervision and on-the-job training to clerical and entry level professional personnel assigned to area of

Qualifications
5+ years of major project scheduling experience specifically in Primavera P6, including the detailed planning of engineering, procurement, and construction work activities.
