Educational Recommendations:

Currently a candidate for a Ph.D., Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with an accredited school in the United States.


  • Work closely with our team of R&D engineers to develop test routines for next-generation Silicon Photonics based optical transceivers
  • Contribute to creating custom hardware and software, and learn how to automate test routines
  • Design and carry-out experiments, analyze the data, and draw conclusions from the results
  • Gain valuable skills, knowledge, and experience in a high-growth field

  • Ability to read and interpret data
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Desire to learn new skills, and to push yourself to achieve goals

It would be nice if you also have:

  • Taken college-level courses in Electrodynamics, Optics, and Statistics
  • A working knowledge of one or more computer programming language
  • Experience working with CAD software
  • Familiarity with software version control systems such as Git
