Description
This role will lead the development and execution of the global growth strategy for the CRO business. It will act as the central point of co-ordination for strategic planning, market intelligence, and value creation initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making and portfolio growth across the business line. The Director, Strategy & Market Intelligence (CRO) will provide critical insights to the SVP Strategy & Growth, CRO Sales team and wider ELT, translating market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and customer opportunities into actionable strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and long-term transformation. Qualifications: * 10+ years' experience in the aerospace industry, ideally within aeroengine component repair. * Strong expertise in market intelligence, competitive analysis, long-range forecasting, and strategic planning. * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and translate insight into measurable business outcomes. * Experience within a Private Equity portfolio company preferred. * Proven experience in M&A activities (buy- or sell-side), including opportunity evaluation, due diligence, or post-deal integration. * High proficiency in CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Power BI, or equivalent), with strong data interpretation and communication skills.
