Responsibilities include: Perform basic accounting and billing support functions Post updates and changes to service work orders Verify, reconcile, and balance credit card statements Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and job counts for service departments Assist with reports, documentation, and additional projects as assigned Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and support overall department efficiency What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft applications Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy Start your next chapter with Mustang Cat as a Service Billing Clerk-and contribute to accurate billing, smooth operations, and exceptional service within our Service Department.
