GEOINT Analyst - Senior

Position Overview

Bluehawk is seeking a highly skilled Senior GEOINT Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Office of Eurasia (AOE). The Senior GEOINT Analyst will apply advanced geospatial methodologies, spatial analysis, and multi-INT integration to produce high-value intelligence products in support of national security and GEOINT mission priorities. This role requires deep technical expertise in ArcGIS, spatiotemporal analysis, remote sensing, and geospatial visualization.

Location: NGA - Washington, D.C.
Office Supported: AOE - Office of Eurasia

Conduct advanced geospatial analysis using vector, raster, and multi-INT datasets to support operational and strategic intelligence production.
• Leverage ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and related tools to develop GIS projects, conduct spatial data management, and produce high-quality visualizations.
• Integrate imagery, remote sensing, and disparate datasets to deliver spatiotemporal analysis and GEOINT assessments.
• Apply geospatial data standards, workflow optimization principles, and templated production methodologies to streamline and operationalize GEOINT outputs.
• Produce maps, analytic graphics, and visualization products that meet NGA tradecraft standards, emphasizing layout, color theory, cartography, and spatial design.
• Utilize Python and RemoteView to support automation, advanced modeling, and geospatial data exploitation.
• Collaborate with analysts, mission partners, and leadership to deliver timely, accurate, and mission-relevant GEOINT insights.
• Maintain awareness of emerging GIS tools, techniques, and analytic tradecraft advancements to enhance analytic rigor and repeatability.

Education:

• Master of Science in geography, GIS, geospatial analysis, remote sensing, geodesy, geophysics, earth science, cartography, or a related quantitative discipline; OR
• Bachelor of Science in a quantitative field with 7+ years of applied advanced GIS experience; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating senior-level applied advanced GIS proficiency.

Technical & Analytic Skills:

• Demonstrated proficiency and speed with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online, producing projects with measurable outcomes in spatial analysis, data management, and visualization.
• Minimum of five years conducting geospatial analysis.
• Experience performing spatiotemporal geospatial analysis using disparate vector and raster datasets for intelligence production.
• Experience integrating disparate datasets and imagery for multi-INT geospatial analysis.
• Completion of an Imagery Analysis Course.
• Strong understanding of GIS workflow optimization, web services, geospatial standards, and templated production for repeatable map generation.
• Expertise in cartography, data visualization, geographic design, statistics, layout, composition, and topography.
• Experience building maps for visualization and intelligence dissemination.
• Working knowledge of Python and RemoteView.

Security Clearance

• Active TS/SCI required.
• Ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
