This is an opportunity to be a core member of the Data Solutions Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team as a Supplier SIOP Analyst. This role will build a collaborative supplier SIOP process to support our growing Data Solutions business segment.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Build a collaborative Supplier SIOP process to ensure supply base can develop and scale along with the growth of the company

  • Establish a common approach across the external supply base for: forecast upcoming volumes, identifying constraints, detailing actions to ramp output, and mitigating supply risks.

  • Establish common templates and formats for each step in the Supplier SIOP process

  • Coordinate strategic supplier alignment meetings and leadership report-outs

  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop supply view. Establish capacity plan and supporting action plans to support volume expansions.

  • Reconcile supplier capacity vs requirements, key assumptions in ramp plans

  • Conduct scenario planning as demand requirements change

  • Engage suppliers on development plans - lead continuous improvement effort with supply base

  • Collaborate closely with external vendors, program management, sales, strategic sourcing and SIOP teams.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in a SIOP or strategic sourcing role

  • ERP experience - JDE experience preferred

  • Advanced skills using of MS Office Suite applications

  • Experience using data visualization tools in systems such as Tableau, Power BI

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across different levels of the organization, and with external partners

Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range:

$76,000.00 - $141,100.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
