Observes system performance and user issues to provide technical support for computer applications andhardware. Handles user inquiries regarding system procedures, online transactions, and downtime protocolsto ensure efficient issue resolution. Documents troubleshooting activities in a tracking log and contactsnetwork services or software teams to restore service and identify recurring problems. Key Responsibilities
* Administers the day-to-day operations of IT/OT support systems, ensuring that technology infrastructureoperates at optimal levels to support business functions. Required Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Associate's Degree Spans of Control
