We're looking for a deeply innovative, strategic, and forward-thinking Group Design Manager to join the Adobe Express Design team. In this role, you'll be a champion for seamless, end-to-end user experiences that are scalable, reusable, and inclusive while also driving product growth. You'll help shape the future of storytelling in a world transformed by AI-rethinking workflows and unlocking new creative possibilities for our users and managing a team of talented designers.

What you'll do
  • Lead and manage a team of UX designers working across high priority initiatives across Adobe Express.

  • Collaborate with visual and interaction designers, researchers, product managers and engineers to deliver a holistic product experience.

  • Set and uphold a high bar for design quality, consistency, and innovation.

  • Partner with XFN leadership team to co-create product strategy and drive execution.

  • Work closely with product managers to ensure we're building useful, beautiful, and effective solutions.

  • Develop standard processes for designing and using componentized patterns across a large web ecosystem.

  • Engage with Adobe's broader design community to share insights and foster collaboration.

What you need to succeed

Must-haves:

  • 12+ years' experience in digital products across web & mobile platforms.

  • 8+ years' experience leading design teams or x-discipline UX teams.

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

  • Demonstrated business acumen, a track record of data-informed design and experimentation.

  • A track record of fostering inclusive, empowering environments that drive innovation.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.

  • A passion for solving complex user problems with elegant, user-centered solutions.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience building AI-related features.

Adobe Design creates tools that amplify the world's ability to create and communicate. We're a global team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe's three product lines: Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $155,100 -- $293,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
