Rockland Trust is currently seeking a seasonal part-time Trust Tax Administrative Assistant with flexible schedule for the upcoming tax season (January through April 15th). About the Job: The individual will be working closely in the Hanover office location with the Trust Tax Officers to provide assistance with filing, copying, and organizing tax documents as well as other various projects as needed. Strong administrative and computer skills are essential, including experience in Adobe Acrobat DC, Microsoft Word, and Excel is critical. Ideal candidate should be highly organized, efficient with strong attention to details, and be able to work under a fast pace environment independently. Basic knowledge and understanding of various tax documents is essential and preferable. Hours required for this position is on average 24 to 28 per week, additional hours may be needed from mid-March through April 15th. Responsibilities Include:
