About the Job

This on-site position will report to the Associate Vice Chancellor for the Business, Arts, and Education Division in consultation with the Library Director. Working hours will be shared between the two units, and the specific working schedule will be determined upon hire in consultation with both supervisors and the employee. Primary duties in both locations include interacting with students, faculty, and staff as a receptionist, assisting drop-ins, or directing them to other resources. Training will be provided as needed for all duties, including assigned library duties, scheduling for the Associate Vice Chancellor, and providing support for meetings and administrative processes.

Qualifications

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Earned college credits
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and other common productivity platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to good patron/customer service

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in higher education environment
  • Bachelor's degree
Pay and Benefits

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
