What this job involves:

The Receptionist serves as the face of JLL's Experience Services team, creating exceptional first impressions and delivering world-class hospitality experiences for clients, guests, and employees. This front-line position combines administrative excellence with concierge-level service, playing a vital role in maintaining brand standards and achieving operational targets. You'll be the welcoming presence that sets the tone for every interaction, proactively anticipating needs and solving problems to ensure seamless facility operations. This client-facing role offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your passion for service excellence while contributing to a hospitality-focused workplace environment that exceeds expectations and drives client satisfaction.

What your day-to-day will look like:

* Welcome guests with enthusiasm, manage arrivals and departures, and provide comprehensive office orientations and wayfinding assistance

* Maintain an immaculate front desk and lobby environment that reflects brand standards while monitoring safety and cleanliness

* Execute visitor badging processes and manage sign-in procedures for employees, guests, and third-party providers with professionalism

* Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries including coordination of domestic and international shipments with proper documentation

* Handle multi-line phone systems, distribute messages, and provide high-level administrative support to employees throughout the organization

* Create and track work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns through appropriate systems and channels

* Collaborate across facility teams to prepare for meetings and events while proactively communicating to prevent operational disruptions

Required Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of proven customer service, security, or hospitality-related experience

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional fluency in English

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy

* Physical capability to lift, bend, and move safely while carrying packages and performing job tasks

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards

* Flexibility and positive attitude when managing shifting daily priorities and multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with conference room booking systems and space management coordination

* Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs documentation, and international commerce requirements

* Familiarity with visitor management systems and security badging processes

* Background in facilities management, corporate environments, or professional services

* Experience with work order management systems and vendor coordination

* Multi-language capabilities to serve diverse client populations

* Previous experience in emergency response procedures and crisis management protocols

Work Shift: Standard business hours

Estimated compensation for this position:

50,000.00 - 55,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
